Chicken Wild Rice Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz mushrooms, chopped
- ½ cup carrot, diced
- ½ cup celery, diced OR cut green beans (fresh or frozen)
- ⅓ cup wild rice OR blend of brown & wild rice
- 4 cup no-salt-added chicken stock
- 1 tsp sodium-free chicken bouillon granules (this is 1 pkg Herb Ox chicken granules)
- ¼ tsp Mrs Dash Chicken Grilling Seasoning blend
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp dried savory
- ¼ tsp ground sage
- ⅛ tsp ground rosemary
- ⅛ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried marjoram
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 hour.
