- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped finely
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 boneless pork chops, with fat trimmed off
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups no-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp Mrs Dash Chicken Seasoning blend
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil to medium. Saute the onion and garlic 4-5 minutes, until tender. Add the pork chops and brown on both sides.
- In a small bowl, stir the flour into the chicken broth a little at a time, stirring well until the flour is dissolved in the broth. Then stir in the Mrs Dash Chicken Seasoning blend.
- Pour the broth mixture over the chops in the skillet. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally to keep the chops from sticking, for 1 hour, or until the meat is tender.
