Party Meatballs

Party Meatballs in a low-sodium delicious tangy sauce. Uses pre-cooked low-sodium basic meatballs (beef, chicken, or turkey) and our no sodium Worcestershire sauce substitute

Ingredients
  • 24 precooked low sodium meatballs, approximately golf-ball sized. See our basic meatballs recipe
Sauce
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp no sodium Worcestershire sauce substitute
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Mrs Dash Original Seasoning blend
Instructions
  1. Directions
  2. Mix together all of the ingredients for the sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook gently until thickened, about 10 minutes.
  3. To serve: Add pre-cooked meatballs to the sauce, stir to coat evenly, and heat until the meatballs are hot.. Transfer the meatballs to a serving platter, spear with toothpicks and spoon the sauce over top. Garnish with parsley if desired.
