- 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
- 1 lb boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Broccoli flowerets
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- ½ cup carrots, chopped
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 cup no-sodium chicken broth
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil.
- Cook and stir chicken for 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Add onion and carrots. Stir fry 1 minute more.
- Add broccoli and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb. Stir fry 1 minute more
- In a separate small bowl slowly add broth to cornstarch while whisking. Then add to chicken mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve over hot rice or pasta, cooked with Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Blend seasoning or Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb seasoning. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and cherry tomatoes if desired.
