Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chops

This recipe works well with our low-sodium Creamy Italian Dressing.

Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chops
Serves: 8
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup low-sodium Creamy Italian Dressing (see recipe)
  • 1 tsp low-Sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 lb pork chops
Instructions
  1. Mix the Creamy Italian Dressing with the Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker, 1 layer at a time, covering each layer with some of the dressing. Pour the remainder of the dressing on top.
  3. Cook on low for approximately 8 hours or on high for approximately 4 hours.
