This is a very simple, 6-ingredient meatloaf recipe.
- 1½ lbs very lean ground beef
- 1 can (8 oz) low-sodium tomato sauce, divided
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about ½ cup)
- ⅓ cup 1-minute oatmeal
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp Mrs Dash Steak Grilling seasoning
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray loaf pan with cooking oil.
- Heat the olive oil in a small skillet until medium-high.
- Add all of the ingredients except ½ cup of the tomato sauce to a large bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Shape into a loaf and place in the loaf pan. Spread remaining ½ cup tomato sauce over loaf. Bake 350 degrees for 1¼ hours.
